How fast do you process and ship your orders?

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and ship out! We do not ship orders over the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. During holidays and big sales, processing and shipping times may take a little longer. The cut-off time for same day shipping for any expedited or express shipping option is 2PM ET. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day. Please keep in mind that weekends are not working or delivery days. Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of your order. You will be able to see the shipping costs before you pay. Free shipping is only available for orders within the United States (including AK and HI). To qualify for free shipping your order must be a minimum of $99. If a discount or code is used, the price after must be $99 or more, taxes do not count towards free shipping requirement.

Do International orders have to pay custom fees?

We unfortunately have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers would be responsible for paying all customs/duties fees

We mainly use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments and offer a few options for international customers which can all be seen when choosing your shipping option at checkout

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, in brand new condition with no blemishes, marks, or stains within 40 days of receiving the item. Washed items and or damaged items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Returns will be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit (Free). We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition. If items are not in stock at the time we receive your item, you will be receiving store credit for it.

We respond to emails as quickly as we can, expect to hear back within 24 hours. We do not respond back to emails over the weekend.

I didn't receive my order, what can I do?

If you have received a notification that your order has been delivered and were not able to find your package we do recommend allowing 24 hours to pass after the delivery notification as some carriers can deliver the package at a later time. If you still have not received the package after this time, email us and we will look further into the issue. We would not be liable for orders that have been marked delivered and not received. Customers would not be entitled to a refund unless the carrier has provided notice of the package being lost or misdelivered.
